At Markless Clinic, every treatment plan is customized because every scar, every skin type, and every client is different. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or directly with Markless Clinic. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment. CONSULTATIONS A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your consultation. Upon arrival, your deposit can either be refunded or applied toward your treatment, whichever you prefer. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. No deposit = No appointment reserved. TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all treatment appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited. No deposit = No appointment reserved. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to book another appointment.
