Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments must be booked online through the provided link. A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings. CONSULTATIONS A $20 booking fee is required to reserve your consultation. This fee will be fully credited toward your treatment or refunded at the time of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, the $20 fee will be forfeited. TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS A $100 deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in: - Loss of $20 consultation booking fee - Loss of $100 treatment deposit Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
